The Battle for Hapes - Hapes

[Grand Admiral Piscis Vir]

Grand Admiral Piscis Vir stood on the bridge of his ship with the other imperial admirals and Moff Agon Domino.

"Gentlemen. The Emperor has charged us with the taking of Hapes. The planet is protected by a powerful shield that will resist large ships. Moff Domino, this is where you come in. Send down your small freigthers, loaded with Stealth troops. You task is to dismantle the shield generator located near the Castle of Per'Agthra. When that has been accomplished, you are to take out what ground troops you can, while allowing as little damage as possible to the resources of the planet. Once the shields are down, the fleet will begin bombing the Castle. Hopefully, the Queen Mother will be inside. If not, Domino, it is your forces job to track her down and eliminate her. Once she is gone, the Hapans will fall. Any questions?"

[Moff Agon Domino]

Agon saluted his superior.

"No questions sir. My men are ready for action."

[Grand Admiral Piscis Vir]

"Very well Moff Domino. You may send down your strike team."

Piscis turned to the remaining admirals. "Return to your ships, and prepare to attack the planet. Dissmissed"

[Dan Zorko]

Dan and Ishman came out of hyperspace just as the Imp fleet dropped out. "What the- Ishman, we have a slight problem. We may not get to the surface anytime soon. I think we should hit those freighters. I got right, you take left. And here we go!!" Dan said. He dived at his freighter and scored a couple of shots on it's bridge. The resulting explosion rattled his ship. "R5, F3, go back and try to do what you can on that hull damage!!" He launched a proton torp at another freighter. "Two shots, two kills!!" Dan crowed. "How you holding up Ishman?"

[Grand Admiral Piscis Vir]

"d**n IT!" Admiral Vir swore loudly as two freighters exploded. "Can't we do anything about those pirates?" Piscis turned on the gunners.

"Fire the turbolasers, concussion missiles, anything we've got!" he practically screamed. After a few deep breaths, he added, "And send out some tractor beams as well. See if we can't catch the mangy cretin."

[Dan Zorko]

Dan's ship shuddered as his ship stopped. "TRACTOR BEAM?! d**n!!" Screamed Dan. All he could do was sit back and watch the Star Destoyers bay come closer and closer.

Ishman took the right as Dan spoke and spired one of his missiles and a couple lasers at a frieghter. The freighter exploded. a warning light went off as the tractor beams were activated. He managed to fire a couple missiles at the ship that was fixed on him before the tractor beam stopped him. The missiles impacted near on the ships under belly, causing the tractor beam to lose power. Ishman put all power into the enignes and flew toward Dan's ship. He slowed down and launched a cable that attached to Dan's ship and he hit full power once more. He felt a yank as he was barely able to tug Dan out of the tractor beams range. A warning light lit up, his ship had been damages from the tug.
"I'l see you on furface Dan, my ship's losing power."
He hit a button and the cable wire detached from Dan's ship. Ishman hit atmosphere and tryed to contact the inhabitants. He was only able to say a couple words before the power shortage caused his com to die out. His ship splashed into a not ver deep lake. The rear and top end were slightly sticking out from the surface of the water. Ishman sat in his chair unconsious.(sp?)

OOC: What does SP mean?

Dan watched as his friend possibly died trying to save him, and vowed he would stop the Imperials taking Hapes. He vowed he would escape from the Imprials, and would find Ishman. But all he could do now is sit and wait.

OOC: SP means that I'm not sure if I spelled it right and I'm to lazy to check.

Ishman woke up and looked around, his ship was half under water. He stood and grabbed his blaster rifle, his blaster pistol already at his leg. He grabbed a couple supplies and stuffed them into a bag then checked his com, it still had some power, but not enough. He put all the remaining power in his ship to the com and opened up a weak link with Dan's ship. "This is Ishman here, I'm alive and well...Not mutch power left so I'm going to go for a walk and try to find a local or two, let them know about the Empire." He shut off his com, not knowing if the message would get through, or even be clear enough to understand. He walked to the back of his ship and opened up the rear hatch. a little water dripped into the ship but nothing serious. He climbed out of his ship and jumped into the water and began swimming to the land. He made it there with out incident. A hover craft flew by and stopped in front of him.
"That was some crash landing there stranger."
Ishman looked at the man in the driver seat.
"Gotta get to Paragthra, warn the Queen, the Empire is here."
The man's eyes widened and his head jerked up toward the sky for a moment.
"Here get in stranger, I'l take you there."

OOC: Humans are the dominant species here right? Or did I get it wrong?

Dan's fury cooled with the news his friend was alive. But what happened to him, he wouldn't know for a while.
